Our guesthouse offers you a special space in a 250 m² house with three bedrooms with access to a kitchen.
Each room has a private bathroom and a relaxation area with armchairs.
The living spaces are shared , allowing you to enjoy a large equipped kitchen , a warm living room , a friendly terrace and a small garden with barbecue .
Each room can have its own pantry , or you can choose to share everything —whatever works best for you! This also applies to organizing meals, activities, and more.
The advantage of this formula is that it has the best of both worlds :
👉 Private, comfortable and cozy spaces
👉 Andspacious and well-equipped common rooms for cooking, meeting up or sharing a moment.
You can thus maintain your privacy , while limiting your ecological footprint , thanks to a sharing of living spaces. And why not, meet wonderful people in a warm atmosphere, inspired by the Danish hygge philosophy.
Rooms can be booked individually or together , depending on your needs.
The total capacity of the house is 14 people .
The rooms are rented on a self-catering basis .
But if you wish, you can take advantage of our catering service , from breakfast to dinner, including lunch or picnic.

Le Moulin de Vézelay is accommodation accessible to everyone! A fully equipped studio is accessible to disabled people. It consists of a large bedroom with two single medical beds, a bathroom with seats and support bars and a fully equipped kitchenette. It is on the ground floor and has a reserved parking space closest to the entrance.For your peace of mind, you also have a small private courtyard sheltered from prying eyes thanks to flowered hedges.The studio can be rented as a gîte or as a bed and breakfast. You can also reserve your meals which will be brought to you in your kitchen.

My name is Pauline, and with my family, we welcome you to our little paradise at Moulin de Vézelay!It is a tourist accommodation that adapts to your needs: large gîte or guest rooms, shared gîtes and PRM studio; and with numerous services to satisfy you: catering (table d'hôtes, caterer, picnic, breakfasts), seminar rooms, workshops and retreats, relaxation area (swimming pool and park).
The Moulin de Vézelay is also a place dedicated to nature in the heart of the Natura 2000 zone where you will find an educational farm to work on our relationship with animals. It is also an ideal place for thematic stays, courses and walks to discover the local cultural and natural heritage.
At the crossroads of Yonne, Morvan, Vézelien-Avallonais and Burgundy, our territory is full of activities: the UNESCO-listed Vézelay Basilica, Vauban Castle in Bazoches, characterful towns like Avallon, Montreal or Noyers, the Maison du Parc in Saint-Brisson, the paths of Memory... There are also many nature activities such as hiking, cycling, canoeing, horse riding... Let's not forget the oenology with the five vineyards of Vézelay, Auxerre, Chablis, Tonnerre, Joigny and the gastronomy of Burgundy and Morvan. Finally, Grand Vézelay also has a rich cultural program with numerous festivals and events throughout the year.
Much more than accommodation, the Vézelay mill is the possibility of a disconnection experience to take the time to reconnect with yourself, those around you and nature.
